People like to clown on JAY-Z’s verse, but I really like it. ![]() Ye’s chorus is catchy and his verse is great both lyrically and flow-wise. Rick Ross performs a brief verse in the beginning, which is a simple yet good addition to the track. Justin Vernon’s intro and outro is well done and they contrast so well. JAY-Z, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj & Bon Iver) Add the complicated, yet incredible production and you got one hell of a song.Ħ. The outro by Alicia Keys and Elton John also sounds great. Fergie’s verse is short, but is pretty good and fits the song well, along with the Rihanna and Drake lines that follow. Cudi sings the bridge, which he also does well on. Her post-chorus with Elly Jackson is also beautiful. Rihanna sings the chorus incredibly well. ![]() A large choir provides vocals to the sounds, and sounds really good. This is the most crowded song on the album. This works as a great intro to “All of the Lights.” The piano/cello combination by Elton John and Chris Chorney, respectively, makes for a great instrumental track.ĥ. The beautiful outro with Dwele is the cherry on top to make this a great single. The “21st Century Schizoid Man” also fits the song greatly. ![]() This is one of Ye’s most recognizable songs, and for good reason. This is a really good collaboration between Kids See Ghosts and the Wu-Tang legend. The quick guitar solo at the end is also really good. His lyrics and performance are incredible and the weird mixing sounds nice on this song. His rapping is great and his lyrics are awesome. Kid Cudi sings the hook and it sounds really good, especially considering it was improvised. ![]() This beat was really good, especially the guitars. Overall, this was a good intro to the album. The bridge was also really good and the production was dope and kind of reminded me of 2Pac’s “California Love.” I think the last forty seconds were unnecessary. His delivery reminded me a lot of Pusha T. His lyrics are really good and the flow is nice. The hook by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and Teyana Taylor is beautiful. This begins with an intro by Nicki Minaj, which quotes Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes, which sets up the album well. However, I’m not even gonna bother with this one because everyone knows what happened. Usually before reviewing albums, I begin by writing two paragraphs describing what led up to the album.
